Last night I watched Randy Pausch's lecture on Time Management. His better-known "Last Lecture" has been viewed by more than 8.6 million people on Youtube.
"Time Management" has garnered only a tiny fraction of that number of views, but it is packed with specific, concrete strategies to use your time more effectively. I found it so compelling, I took notes.
Pausch's own site has links to his seminar videos, the transcripts, and his Powerpoint files, all of which he has graciously put under a creative commons license for non-commercial use.
